- Message delivery times or reliability
- Carrier service interruptions or outages
- Carrier network issues or technical problems
- Device compatibility issues
- Network congestion or bandwidth limitations

8. Service Terms
- Schedule appointments through our website or phone
- We respond within 24 hours of your request
- Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment
- Late cancellations may incur a fee

Our Guarantee: If pests return within your warranty period, we'll provide follow-up treatment at no charge.
