Leap Pest Control was built by Carl Maroney from years of hands-on experience in the pest-control industry and a belief that clients deserve more than a quick treatment and an invoice.
Growing up in co-operative housing also gave Carl an understanding of the unique challenges faced by multi-residential communities. A pest concern in one unit can quickly become a building-wide issue, and successful control requires cooperation between residents, management and the pest-control provider.
Today, that experience remains at the centre of Leap’s approach: inspect carefully, communicate clearly, document what we find, treat appropriately and help clients plan ahead.
