HOME PROTECTION PLAN OPTIONS

Our All Seasons Protection Plan includes service during each season: Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter.

• Visual inspection of accessible areas around the exterior of your home to identify any potential pest entry points.
• Installation of two exterior rodent bait stations around your home for prevention and monitoring purposes. These bait stations are designed to allow only mice and rats to enter and are child- and pet-safe. Any rodent issues, including mice or rats, are covered under your service agreement.
• Application of a residual spray around the exterior of your home to protect against centipedes, spiders, pavement ants, and earwigs. (This service is provided during the Spring and Summer months only.)
• Placement of rodent monitoring equipment inside your home, including under the kitchen sink, behind the refrigerator, under the stove, in the basement, and, if applicable, in the garage.
• Installation of four bed bug climb-up monitors for a bed of your choice. Additional monitors can be purchased at a reduced rate.
• After the initial setup, our pest control technician will provide a detailed report of the services performed.

MONTHLY SERVICE PROGRAMS – TREATMENT & INSPECTION

Inspection of common areas and treatment if required. Common areas inspected include:

• Laundry room, electrical rooms, staff offices, lunchroom, and locker rooms
• Compactor room
• Chute rooms every other month or as needed
• Exterior inspection of the building quarterly with treatment programs as necessary

Pests included in our monthly service plan include:

• Cockroaches
• Mice
• Pavement ants

Other pests found in the common areas will be treated accordingly, upon identification. All buildings are different and may include more or less common areas to inspect that may not be listed but are also included in a monthly service or inspection as required.
